Our Story About our Jewelry Store in Marietta, GA
Factory's Inc Story
Factory’s Inc, a family owned and operated full-service jewelry store, opened its doors over 50 years ago on Luckie Street, in Atlanta, GA. Founder, Manuel Berkowitz, along with his wife, Edna, had the vision to provide customers with the highest level of personal service, as well as quality diamonds and unique jewelry at prices they could afford. Eventually settling in Midtown, Manny passed the business on to his son, Harvey, who continues the Berkowitz family's dedication to providing the best in customer service and fine jewelry at a great value.
Harvey’s reputation for honesty and integrity has earned him a loyal clientele, many of whom have become not only repeat customers but friends. Our highest compliment has been the steady stream of referrals from these customers that has fueled our jewelry store for over five decades and earned us the reputation as one of Atlanta’s best-kept secrets.
A few years ago, Harvey’s daughter, Jennifer, became the third generation to join the staff at Factory’s. Just like in Manny Berkowitz’s time, Harvey and Jennifer remain deeply committed to providing the best in personal service and unique jewelry of exceptional quality and enduring value.
We invite you to visit us at our East Cobb location and experience the Factory’s difference for yourself!
